*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*
*Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
*Pups must be picked up no later than 30 minutes after completion unless other arrangements have been made. There will be a $10 Daycare Fee added any time after 30 minutes.
*Late Arrivals – If you are late to your appointment after 10 Mins I will have to reschedule No exceptions. This will also result in a $25 fee that will be invoiced and required to pay before rescheduling.
*CANCELLATIONS – If you need to cancel your appointment contact me ASAP 870-335-6074 (TEXT) I require 24-hour notice. Anything less than 24-hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee that will be invoiced and required to pay before rescheduling.
*NO SHOWS* - If you No Show to your appointment 50% of your appointment total will be invoiced. Also, to reschedule you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay these fees will result in losing client status indefinitely.
These policies will be taking effect IMMEDIATELY. Even though I do work from home, I am still running a business. I work 1 on 1 with my dogs for a stress free, quick grooming process. Early arrivals/late arrivals throw off my schedule. And last-minute Cancellations and No shows cost me money as I can not fill these slots. By booking an appointment you agree to all the conditions listed above.
